Many people don't really know how to dye hair the proper way which leads to uneven coloring.

Steps

1. Prepare a plastic bag and poke a hole for your neck.

2. Split your hair into 4 sections, so split half for your bottom layer and another half for your top layers.

3. Mix your hair dye.

4. Starting off with your bottom sections, paint in your hair dye well and comb it, Repeat for top layers. The order to paint this should be bottom left, then bottom right, then top left, then top right.(Try not to take too long when doing these separately, remember you'll have enough time to work the rest of the hair dye through your whole head properly later, This is just to get the color on.)

5. Once you've got the hair dye through your layers, section your scalp so you can paint the dye through the roots evenly, then comb.

6. Repaint another layer of hair dye, then work the rest through your hair. Try to get as much dye as you can in the hair.

7. Comb it evenly and wait as long as your processing time is supposed to be. Wrap your head in cling wrap or shower cap and blow dry the shower cap if you want to help coloring process.

8. When washing hair dye out, do not shower for the first two days, and avoid excessive heat styling. Treatment is extremely beneficial to your hair dye and hair condition.
